What’s Beyond Da Menu — Youth Leadership Workshop (Up & Coming)
Our Youth Leadership Program is not like the others—you’ll feel the difference the moment you walk through the door. We meet our youth exactly where they are, one situation at a time, with love, respect, structure, discipline, and even more love guiding every step.
Though our Youth Leadership Program is up and coming, we are already mentoring kids. I have about 30 youth on an as-needed basis, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them grow into strong, confident leaders.
Our approach is personal, intentional, and rooted in connection. We believe leadership is not just taught—it’s lived. That’s why our youth learn practical life skills like cooking, cleaning, and caring for themselves, while also developing the deeper skills that build lasting character: how to love themselves, motivate one another, communicate with purpose, and cultivate a strong, positive mindset.
Every young person who walks through our doors is surrounded by strong, steady role models who demonstrate accountability, respect, and compassion. Mentors help youth see their potential and walk boldly in it.
This workshop is more than a program—it’s a village. A place where youth are supported, challenged, encouraged, and empowered to become leaders in their homes, schools, and communities. Leaders who rise with heart, purpose, and resilience, shaping a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
